Welcome to QuadXStudio. By using this website or our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

QuadXStudio provides professional graphic design services, including: logo design, social media graphics, posters, flyers, and event promotions. We do not offer any game top-up services under this brand.

2. Payment

All payments must be made in advance via eSewa or IMEpay.
Prices are confirmed before the project starts and are non-negotiable once agreed.

3. Revisions

Each project includes up to 2 complimentary revisions. Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges.

4. Delivery

Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days, depending on project complexity. Express delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee.

5. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if QuadXStudio fails to deliver the final design after full payment has been received. No refunds are available once the final design files have been delivered.

6. Ownership & Usage

Upon full payment, you gain the rights to use the final design for your business or personal needs. QuadXStudio reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio, unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing clear instructions, feedback, and any necessary materials or assets. Delays in communication or approvals may impact delivery timelines.

8. Disclaimer

QuadXStudio is not liable for any outcomes, losses, or legal issues resulting from how you use the designs. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the designs complies with applicable laws and regulations.
